Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, before placing them in the original shipping mailer.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
